Because all of my products are digital downloads, they are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a file has been purchased and delivered electronically, I cannot issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions & File Issues

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with:

Downloading your files
Corrupted, damaged, or missing files
Receiving the wrong product

Please reach out to me at support@frugalwahmom.com within 7 days of purchase, and I’ll make sure the issue is corrected quickly.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact me. I’ll be happy to resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
